This course is designed to provide business owners with world-class concepts, strategy and tactics.  Participants will gain knowledge and insight into sophisticated, high impact techniques that will help grow your revenues and increase sales productivity and performance. 

Topics include: Selling Basics, Lead Generation, Sales Process, and One-on-One Coaching.  This course also teaches participants how to understand their customer and more importantly their consumer buying habits.

Then come and learn why sales people fail, how to make strong appointments with decision makers, and what to say in the first 30 seconds, when you meet someone to be more effective.

The best place to park is in the City Garage directly on the east side of  the Library.  There is a covered walkway connecting the garage and the Library. Parking is $1 per hour.

CLASS IS LOCATED ON THE 6TH FLOOR. In the Bienes conference room (next to gallary).
