This course covers the basic tools an entrepreneur should possess to successfully run his/her business profitably.  It covers three business divisions – 1. Sales, 2. Operations, and 3. Support in detail and highlights the pitfalls suffered by business owners. 

Learn how to price your product/service so that you know what your true break-even is. Learn good management secrets and traps to avoid as an entrepreneur.  Learn how to improve your sales and align staffing measurements to company goals, how to improve employees’ performance; and how to correctly calculate the pricing of your product/service by showing you how to figure out your labor, overhead, break-even and profit.

COST: Free 

The best place to park is in the City Garage directly on the east side of the Library. There is a covered walkway connecting the garage and the Library. Parking is $1 per hour.

Class will be held on the 6th Floor in the Beines Conference area
