Judith Clark is the only girl and oldest of five children. Her childhood was spent traveling with her father who was in the armed services. She received an Associates Degree in Accounting from Central Florida Community college and attended the University of Florida and East Tennessee State University majoring in Computer Science.

Judy has been the Finance Manager for the TED Center since December, 1999. In addition to the day to day financial procedures, she prepares the annual budget for board approval, assist in the yearly audited financial statements and is involved in preparing grant packages for prospective contributors. Judy has been instrumental in streamlining the TED Center's financial process. She assists the TED Center's Business Incubator clients with setting up and maintaining their bookkeeping functions.
