Participants will learn the importance of a strategic business plan and its various components, some of which are the company’s overview, vision, mission statement, goals and objectives. Participants will also receive hands on instruction and practical information as to what documents, certifications and licenses are needed to make their businesses successful. Occupational licenses, certifications, and proof of professional standing are topics covered for running their business. We guarantee to each participant that, at the end of this workshop series, they will each have prepared a completed business plan of high quality and that is ready for presentation to funding sources and certification agencies. Participants must attend each and every workshop session and complete all class assignments as required by the instructor. Cost: $25 per session |
