This workshop will assist business owners and individuals interested in starting a business to develop and maintain a customer service culture that is not only attainable but also sustainable and focused on the communities (digital and global) they serve. 
This is achieved by, first, understanding the basics of customer service, to include understanding and recognizing who the customer is and acknowledging that the customer is not always right. In acknowledging that the customer is not always right, participants will learn the best way to address challenging customers.
