The Florida Women's Business Center (FWBC) is an entrepreneur resource center dedicated to assisting women in achieving their dreams by helping them start, grow and run successful businesses. The Business Women ROCK series was created for women entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals to help and support each other. Everyone can benefit from a good support system and building solid relationships takes time, as we know, people do business with people they know, like and trust.
Each month women come together to discuss various topics in a collaborative environment, Our professional facilitator runs each meeting, but the focus is on you! Bring your challenges to the table and let your peers help you work out the issues and provide you with amazing feedback.

Experienced and professional Business Development Managers provide individual counseling sessions which are tailored to the specific needs of the woman entrepreneur. These informal sessions are provided by seasoned business owners and corporate professionals who provide guidance and practical business knowledge that will help to increase the client's chances of success. Counseling sessions cover specific areas ranging from business feasibility and planning, operational guidance, accounting and finance, marketing, programs and tools.

The TED Center’s fundraising events are a valued part of our commitment to celebrate the leadership, vision, and service of outstanding organizations and individuals in the community. At these special events we celebrate accomplishments in an effort to raise public awareness of outstanding individuals, clients, & organizations’ efforts, and inspire others to also make a difference in the community.

The TED Center is successful for two primary reasons. We believe simply in the successful empowerment of people through business ownership and the creation of strategic partnerships throughout South Florida. Thousands of individuals who have used the TED Center services, along with the center’s many friends and supporters, can attest to the strength, dedication, and commitment of our successful community development efforts.

Attendees at our fundraising events are Public Officials, Community Leaders, Business Owners, and Professionals dedicated to using their skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the community. Announcements of your sponsorship will reach over 300 Palm Beach and Broward County residents attending the event, and more than 2000 business owners and residents in South Florida via our direct invitation, publicity, and advertising.

Proceeds from fundraising event sponsorship directly benefit the TED Center Programs. Your support of our programs will enable us to expand our service reach to additional individuals in the South Florida region.
